The building was built in 1970 in the central part of the village of Zimrovice. This place is a part of a nature reserve. The original purpose of the grounds was to serve as a lodging house for tourists and a gym. The new owner desired to increase the quality and design a hostel, wellness and restaurant. The accomodation premises recieved a new storey with 14 new rooms. Concurrently a kitchen, a conference room and cloakrooms were inbuilt. After the reconstruction this centre became a popular landmark for tourists, cyclists, boatmen and sportsmen.
